This is a blog about surviving as an artist and as an artist couple. I am talking about our projects (fine arts and photography), but also art that influences us. It is very much - for both of us - a quest for a new artistic direction and way of life. As I see life very much as a whole, I also touch upon issues of lifestyle. We are both dedicated to the arts. Celebrating my 100th post - this blog has been going for years...
My main purpose is to discuss the challenges those who are spiritually aware will encounter during these times of global chaos and personal confusion, but also what goes on in people's minds in general and especially, what is controversial about being human. I wish to share the experiences of my life's journey with the hope that this will help others to open up to their inner selves and understand their emotions, intuitions, and the purpose of their personal lives. I hope to be a mirror in which others can contemplate themselves. I have also posted older blogs in the hope that these might strike a cord with anybody. Some of my guiding lines are honesty and compassion.
My personal viewpoints on health issues -
WHY ALCHEMY? I have called this blog The Alchemy of Health; although the word "alchemy" has a strict definition, it also conjures up certain associations of concoctions. An individual's well being and health is the sum of a strange conglomerate of various elements, most of which are personal to each and every one of us. Therefore I believe that everyone should find their own "alchemical process" that will take them to their personal optimal level of well being. I merely wish to share my own experiences with others in the hope that some of it will be helpful.
